I'm logged into Office with my corporate account all the time (and I checked again today. It is.) I likewise logged into Microsoft Support Community with my personal Microsoft Alive account and information technology didn't make any departure.

I also followed the "Set OneDrive sync issues" link and it found a couple of unrelated filename issues that were repaired. Problem remained after.

I tried unlinking my OneDrive for Business concern and remapping it and information technology may be okay now. Testing so far seems successful.

1.  Attempt to shut whatsoever other windows in browser or application that could possibly open the file to see the result.

2.  Go to task bar and find the OneDrive cloud icon>Correct-click the OneDrive deject icon and select Settings>Under Office tab, un-cheque "Use Function 2016 to sync files I open">Click OK.

3.  R ight click on Beginning menu > Search > search and Open Function Upload center > click Settings > Delete cached files .
